All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Next Level Auto Repair LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds.

We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Incorrect Items or Items Damaged in Transit

Next Level Auto Repair LLC will provide an exchange if:

You receive a product different from the product you ordered.
Your product is damaged during shipping or transit.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@nextlevelautorepairllc.com.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, damage, or other supporting information necessary to verify the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide instructions for the exchange. Eligible products will be replaced with the correct product or an appropriate replacement, subject to availability.

Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranty

The products sold by Next Level Auto Repair LLC are new, genuine name-brand products and are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty programs where applicable.

Next Level Auto Repair LLC is the seller, not the manufacturer. If a product is defective, malfunctions, or has a manufacturing-related issue, the product will be handled through the applicable manufacturer's warranty process rather than exchanged directly by Next Level Auto Repair LLC.

Depending on the manufacturer and its warranty procedures, Next Level Auto Repair LLC may assist by connecting you with the manufacturer, providing available warranty contact information or instructions, or facilitating the process of sending the product to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Any assistance provided by Next Level Auto Repair LLC is solely to facilitate the manufacturer's warranty process. The warranty itself is provided and administered by the applicable manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty Decisions

All warranty claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, limitations, eligibility requirements, and approval process.

The manufacturer is responsible for determining whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage and whether the appropriate resolution is a repair, replacement, exchange, or other warranty remedy.

Next Level Auto Repair LLC does not control or guarantee the manufacturer's warranty decision, processing time, repair, replacement, exchange, or other warranty outcome.

Our Role as the Seller

Next Level Auto Repair LLC's responsibility as the seller is limited to addressing situations where an incorrect product was shipped by us or a product was damaged during transit, as described above.

For product defects, malfunctions, manufacturing issues, or other matters covered by a factory or manufacturer warranty, Next Level Auto Repair LLC acts only as the seller and, where applicable, may assist in facilitating communication or the warranty process between the customer and the manufacturer.

Next Level Auto Repair LLC does not provide, replace, or assume responsibility for the manufacturer's warranty.
